“Classic bouquet and palate of ripe citrus and tropical fruits, pineapple and peach, apple and grapefruit. some fresh sage and basil moments. Salivating, crisp and saline, a dry finishing wine with flavours of pomaceous and citrus fruits, wet pebbles and a lick of white spice. The acid line drives the flavours and mouthfeel delivering a freshness and power. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.”
